7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Arabic Starter Bundle, email us at info@arabarabic.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
This guarantee does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country.
Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK / EU Digital Content)
If you are a consumer located in the UK or the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, even without using the 7-day guarantee above. Because our products are digital content delivered immediately by download, this 14-day cancellation right ends early only if, at checkout, you expressly agree to us providing the content to you immediately and you acknowledge that doing so means you lose your right to cancel once download begins. If you have not given this express agreement, your 14-day statutory right to cancel still applies even after downloading. Nothing in this policy removes, limits, or is intended to limit your statutory consumer rights.
How Refunds Are Processed
All purchases of the Arabic Starter Bundle are processed by our payment partner, Gumroad. Once we confirm a refund request, Gumroad will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

The Free Arabic Alphabet Workbook is provided at no cost and is not covered by this policy, as no payment is made for it.
